Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda.
- Assist an associate with various executive responsibilities.
- Manage routine communications.
- Oversee the calendar and deadlines of legal professionals.
- Establish, maintain, and update client files.
- Coordinate administrative functions including accounting, file management, time tracking, and invoicing.
- Record billable hours, monitor expenses, and manage billing processes.
- Engage with clients as required.
Qualifications:
• Degree in secretarial studies or legal techniques;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English;
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
