As a Data Protection Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Data Protection Office with general administration, including task management and team meeting summaries. You will also coordinate the preparation of various reports, such as board, committee, and forum reports. Additionally, you will support the Data Protection team in the administration of the OneTrust application, overseeing its daily operations. You will contribute to the maintenance of various Data Protection logs, records, and plans, and provide input for training and awareness exercises within the organization. You will also support the execution of monitoring activities and provide assistance in the execution of data protection assessments, ensuring accuracy in completion. Furthermore, you will participate in reviews of regulatory updates and changes, and demonstrate a willingness to upskill and gain further qualifications.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who has completed a degree, third-level qualification, or has previous experience in an administrative role. You should be able to demonstrate strong skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
