About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Canadian Credit Protection Corporation. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Assist with data entry, data management, and data analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Office Management
    • Manage and maintain the office environment, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense reporting.
    • Monitor and manage office expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze reports, including financial reports, performance metrics, and other data-driven insights.
    • Provide recommendations to management based on data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
