About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in leading investigations, providing support on key initiatives, and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide advice and guidance to leaders and managers on employee relations issues.
  • Enhance overall culture and drive proactive employee relations and engagement.
  • Document cases, write investigation summaries, and leverage case management tools.
Requirements
  • Progressive HR/ER experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent issue resolution skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is an asset.
