Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the Warehouse department at our facility Collaborate with Purchasing and Sales teams to maintain optimal inventory levels Ensure inventory precision through regular cycle counting Manage branch Profit and Loss statements Assist in recruitment, training, development, and disciplinary actions Track and report on Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of management experience Diploma in Warehouse Management or Logistics & Supply Chain Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Current or prior forklift certification Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Radio Frequency systems Valid Class 5 driver's license Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and customer service abilities Robust background in Health & Safety
