Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager

Supervise daily activities of the Warehouse department at our Delta facility Collaborate with Purchasing & Sales to maintain optimal inventory levels Ensure inventory precision through cycle counting initiatives Manage branch Profit & Loss statements Assist in recruitment, employee training & development, and disciplinary actions Track and report on Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics

Qualifications for Success in this Role

At least 3 years of Management experience Diploma in Warehouse Management or Logistics & Supply Chain Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Current or previous forklift operation certification Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Radio Frequency systems Valid Class 5 driver's license Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and customer service abilities Solid background in Health & Safety practices

Work Environment Overview
