About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at AKHURST MACHINERY LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving and processing shipments, stocking and retrieving inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
