Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the Warehouse department in our Delta facility Collaborate with Purchasing & Sales to maintain optimal inventory levels Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting Oversee branch profit and loss management Assist in recruitment, employee training, development, and disciplinary actions Track and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of management experience Diploma in Warehouse Management or Logistics & Supply Chain Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Current or prior forklift certification Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF technology Valid Class 5 driver's license Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and customer service abilities Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
