About the Role

Punjab Boxes Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and operations
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work on equipment and machinery
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
  • Training and Development
    • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse operations
    • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
