About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As an Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all products are properly stored and handled.
  • Inspect products for damage and quality, following proper procedures to minimize waste and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving and stocking perishable products from vendors and other storage facilities.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards, working efficiently and taking direction from your manager to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a retail or distribution center environment, with comfort working in a cold space as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs repeatedly, with stamina to work upright and move throughout the shift.
  • Determination to deliver superior results, with a sense of urgency and initiative to make things happen.
  • Growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new ideas and processes, and adapt to feedback and new challenges.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours a week across different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and early mornings.
