Your Responsibilities as an eCommerce Account Manager:

As a vital member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios. This includes addressing inquiries, understanding business needs, and tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements. You will work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with a diverse range of eCommerce clients. Engage with clients through various channels to grasp their changing needs and priorities.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate customized shipping strategies that align with client objectives while utilizing market insights.
  • Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Logistics Expertise: Offer strategic advice and recommendations to enhance eCommerce shipping operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports and identify opportunities for optimizing shipping solutions.
  • Training and Support: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, educating clients on eCommerce shipping tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce and logistics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client relations and customer service.
  • Experience in fulfillment, LTL, and warehousing is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for meetings and conferences.
