Job Overview:

As the Logistics Fulfillment Supervisor, you will oversee our fulfillment operations, leveraging advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to refine processes and establish performance benchmarks. Your leadership is vital in enhancing the efficiency, precision, and productivity of our operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide, inspire, and develop the fulfillment team to meet high performance and operational objectives.
  • Deliver thorough training and resources to ensure team members are well-prepared for their responsibilities.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to assess and improve inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse activities.
  • Ensure optimal use of WMS for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing workflows.
  • Continuously review and enhance fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to tackle operational challenges and boost productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment activities.
  • Compile and present regular performance reports, highlighting areas for enhancement and executing corrective measures as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including account management, customer service, and sales, to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
  • Address and resolve issues in partnership with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a team leader or manager in logistics or fulfillment environments.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data, produce reports, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
