Your Role as an eCommerce Account Manager
In this position, you will play a vital role within our growing Account Management team. Your main duty will be to manage client accounts, which involves addressing their inquiries, understanding their business needs, and catering to their unique requirements. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in-house, ensuring effective communication with various teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. Engage with clients through various channels to grasp their changing needs and priorities.
- Strategic Planning: Create customized shipping strategies that align with client objectives while leveraging market insights.
- Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Logistics Expertise: Offer strategic advice and recommendations to optimize eCommerce shipping operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure the smooth execution of client projects.
- Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports to both internal stakeholders and clients, identifying opportunities for improvement in shipping solutions.
- Training and Support: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, educating clients on eCommerce shipping tools, platforms, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and logistics.
- At least 3 years of experience in client relations and customer service.
- Experience in fulfillment, LTL, and warehousing is advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Highly organized and efficient.
Additional Requirement:
- Willingness to travel for meetings and client engagements may be necessary.
