Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Canada. As an Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products, accurately filled orders, and a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and Pack: Review printed or online customer orders for same-day shipping and retrieve accurate, best-quality products from storage racks and coolers.
  • Inspect: Visually survey products and follow proper procedures to reduce or eliminate product damage. Rotate stock and ensure it is in the proper temperature environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and stock all perishable products from outside vendors and other storage facilities; and ensure accurate count and notify appropriate personnel of unusual situations.
  • Meet KPIs and Quality Standards: Work efficiently, take direction from your manager, and ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards and our customers receive the highest quality product, every time.
Requirements
  • Experience: Familiarity with a retail or distribution center environment and comfortable working in a cold space as needed. Comfortable using basic software. Ability to balance customer orders with the needs of the business.
  • Stamina: Understand the physical demand of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs at a time repeatedly, working upright, and moving from one area to another throughout your shift.
  • Determination: Committed to delivering superior results and adopting a sense of urgency to make things happen. Results-focused, punctual, and show initiative and accountability.
  • Growth Mindset: Open to new ideas and processes and motivated to take on new challenges. Ability to adapt to and apply feedback, learn new things quickly, and share knowledge with your team.

  • Flexibility: Available to work 40 hours a week across different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and early mornings.
