About the Role
  • As an Order Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for crafting unique and memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to provide memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Fulfill special instructions for orders, such as drawing a picture or sending a handwritten note.
  • Ensure that our customers receive packages that meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of our inventory system and locate products efficiently.
  • Pick and pack units from daily order lists into envelopes.
  • Adjust orders based on changes defined by Customer Experience Representatives.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to identify products approaching "out of stock" status.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset.
  • Creativity and inventiveness to craft meaningful brand experiences for our customers.
  • Dexterity and speed while maintaining accuracy.
