We are in search of a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts.

In this role, reporting to the Email Marketing Lead, you will be pivotal in strategizing, coordinating, and executing daily marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting the digital marketing team in crafting and maintaining the monthly promotional schedule.
  • Overseeing email campaigns, including brief creation, copywriting, design coordination, building, testing, and scheduling.
  • Managing email lists and segmentation strategies.
  • Developing tactics to attract new subscribers and enhance engagement.
  • Conducting A/B tests to refine the effectiveness of current email campaigns.
  • Evaluating performance metrics across email flows and campaigns to enhance KPIs and suggest new initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to produce marketing materials and assets that resonate with our brand identity and values.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices, while identifying avenues for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo is essential.
  • Experience with SMS marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a background in tracking and assessing campaign performance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A marketing certificate or degree is beneficial.
  • A solid understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics, and technologies.
