Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and executing our daily marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Marketing Calendars: Collaborate with our digital marketing team to create and maintain a monthly promotional calendar that aligns with our business goals.
  • Email Campaign Management: Manage email campaigns from creation to deployment, including copywriting, design coordination, building, testing, and scheduling.
  • Email List Management: Oversee email lists and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and maximum engagement.
  • Email Acquisition and Engagement: Develop strategies to acquire new email subscribers and improve engagement rates.
  • A/B Testing and Analysis: Run A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance and analyze results to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our creative team to develop marketing materials and assets that align with our brand voice and values, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing and e-commerce.
  • Experience using Klaviyo is a must.
  • Experience with SMS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Marketing certificate or degree is a plus.
  • Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics, and technology.
