We are seeking a skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts.

In this role, reporting to the Email Marketing Lead, you will be integral in strategizing, organizing, and executing daily marketing operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting the digital marketing team in crafting and updating the monthly promotional schedule.
  • Overseeing email marketing campaigns, including brief development, copywriting, design coordination, implementation, testing, and scheduling.
  • Managing email databases and segmentation strategies.
  • Formulating strategies to grow our email list and enhance engagement rates.
  • Conducting A/B testing to refine the effectiveness of current email campaigns.
  • Evaluating performance metrics across email flows and campaigns to boost KPIs and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to produce marketing materials that resonate with our brand identity.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to uncover avenues for innovation and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo is essential.
  • Experience with SMS marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a background in tracking and assessing campaign performance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A marketing certification or degree is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics, and technologies.
