Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Global CRM Marketing Strategist to play a pivotal role in our digital evolution.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee comprehensive digital initiatives with an emphasis on enhancing customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to engage with world-class BRP products and experience the thrill of being part of a leading powersports family.

Key Responsibilities:
Working in collaboration with digital and brand marketing teams (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road, Can-Am On-Road), you will:
  • Establish a multi-channel strategy to enhance CRM initiatives.
  • Direct the complete strategy encompassing acquisition, retention, upselling, and repurchase.
  • Leverage data to set KPIs and objectives across various segments while identifying emerging trends.
  • Refine the CRM program to meet overarching goals.

Collaboration and Process Mapping:
In partnership with your colleagues and stakeholders, you will design marketing automation workflows that support diverse teams by:
  • Collecting brand, e-commerce, omnichannel, and CRM objectives.
  • Formulating recommendations and strategizing the optimal path to achieve targets.
  • Co-developing roadmaps.
  • Evaluating feasibility and collaborating with CRM specialists to create a comprehensive execution plan.
  • Enhancing marketing capabilities through an informed global marketing community.
  • Participating in workshops and training aligned with our vision.
  • Supporting initiatives that foster a unique and engaging global CRM culture.

Qualifications:
You will excel in this role if you possess the following skills and attributes:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in customer relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation across multiple channels.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Campaign Solutions or Salesforce is essential.
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Capability to lead medium-scale projects effectively.
