We are in search of a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts.

In this role, reporting to the Email Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in strategizing, organizing, and executing daily marketing operations. The perfect candidate will be exceptionally organized, creative, and able to excel in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting the digital marketing team in crafting and sustaining the monthly promotional schedule.
  • Overseeing email campaigns, including brief creation, copywriting, design coordination, construction, testing, and scheduling.
  • Managing email databases and segmentation strategies.
  • Formulating tactics to attract new subscribers and enhance engagement rates.
  • Conducting A/B tests to refine the effectiveness of current email campaigns.
  • Evaluating performance metrics across email flows and campaigns to boost KPIs and suggest new initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to produce marketing materials and assets that resonate with our brand ethos.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices, while identifying avenues for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo is essential.
  • Experience with SMS marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on tracking and assessing campaign performance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A marketing certificate or degree is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics, and technology.
