We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory and field technician teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the completion of projects by field technicians, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lab Operations: Ensure that laboratory employees adhere to safety protocols and best practices, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and quality control within operations.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and development of office staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of employees' work, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
  • Team Support: Provide necessary tools and resources to support team members in completing their roles successfully.
  • Employee Issues: Handle employee issues and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • HR Support: Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Assist in creating operational budgets and ensuring accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate employee events and community events, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of managerial experience in a high-volume role.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of over 20 employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with calibration is an added bonus.
  • Strong scheduling capabilities and a proven track record of success.
