About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at Golden Management Opportunities inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our services and products.
  • Account Management: Arrange for billing, refunds, and credits for customers as needed.
  • Service Explanation: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
  • Documentation: Issue receipts and other forms to customers as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions.
  • Client Feedback: Assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints to provide meaningful information and services.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payments from customers in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Sales: Sell merchandise to customers as needed.
  • Post-Sale Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing: Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers as required.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs that pair customers with experienced employees, including those with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
