We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Rokt, a leading ecommerce company. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, troubleshooting technical problems, and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage support tickets and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Guide customers through the use of our ecommerce platform to ensure they are able to achieve their goals.
- Address customer issues and concerns, and work with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
- Collect customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services.
- You put customers first and are able to think from their perspective.
- You have a foundation in ecommerce and customer support, with experience in managing accounts and providing excellent customer service.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to teach and present concepts in a compelling way.
- You have high integrity and a strong work ethic, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
