About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Rokt. As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional support experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Support Tickets: You will be responsible for managing support tickets, responding to live chat and email customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide Customers: You will work closely with customers to educate them on how to use our ecommerce platform to achieve their goals and maximize their success.
  • Address Customer Issues: You will troubleshoot technical problems, address customer concerns, and work with our technical team to resolve complex issues.
  • Collect Customer Feedback: You will gather feedback from customers to help us improve our products and services.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: You have a strong customer-centric approach and are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Technical Skills: You have a foundation in technical skills, including experience with ecommerce platforms, customer support software, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You are a skilled problem-solver with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Player: You are a team player with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
