About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Rokt. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage support tickets and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide customers through the use of our ecommerce platform, providing education and support to help them achieve success.
  • Address customer issues and concerns, working to resolve problems and provide solutions.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, using it to inform product development and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
