Job Summary

Incan Builders Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  3. Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent for our organization.
  4. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development.
  5. Benefits and Compensation: Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  6. Employee Data and Analytics: Analyze and interpret employee data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
  7. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit HR-related reports to senior management and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
