- Occupation Classification: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate and fair compensation.
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with employees, vendors, and partners.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Employee Relations: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Liaison: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiation: Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Work Environment: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
