Recruitment Strategies

Design, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Contract Management

Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Training and Development

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and development.

Employee Data Analysis

Analyze employee data and information to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize HR processes.

Reporting

Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Work Environment

Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and prevent workplace injuries.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring effective delivery and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a construction or building industry.

Language

English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and stakeholders.

Work Hours

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
