Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at INCAN BUILDERS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings and conducting interviews
  • Coordinate with management and union officials to resolve employee complaints and issues
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a office environment and may be required to travel to various locations as needed.
