Technical Support Analyst

Position Overview:
The Service Delivery Analyst plays a crucial role in the management of learning environments, serving as the main liaison for the Tech2U team. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of over 280 instructional spaces. The Analyst is responsible for organizing and prioritizing tasks for the Tech2U Co-Pilots, who provide support across the St. George Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-user service requests, identifying issues and determining needs through effective communication.
- Utilize established protocols to address routine technical problems.
- Implement creative solutions to resolve unique end-user challenges.
- Ensure timely responses to service inquiries and follow up on unresolved technical matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and interactions.
- Collaborate with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Act as a resource for hardware and software inquiries.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in audio-visual coordination and administrative support.
- Proficiency in financial administration, including billing and invoice processing.
- Experience with database management related to inventory and scheduling.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to conduct presentations effectively.
- Strong judgment skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
