About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at CrucialLogics inc. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • User Training: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use technology effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their technical support needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Android, iOS, servers, security software, Mac OS, and MS Office.
  • Health Benefits: Eligible for dental plan, health care plan, and other benefits as per company policy.
  • Work Arrangements: Permanent position, 32 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional technical support services to users.
