Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Analyst to join our team at Techy Logs Software Inc. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills to assist users with their computing challenges.
Key Qualifications:- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months and less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a related field.
- Provide assistance to users encountering technical difficulties.
- Investigate and implement solutions by consulting user manuals and technical documentation.
- Offer guidance and training to users on troubleshooting methods.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for the benefit of fellow support analysts.
- Engage in software redesign initiatives.
- Support business systems, network connectivity, and Internet-related issues.
- Install and set up equipment for staff members.
- Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently manage incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Fast-paced atmosphere with high-pressure situations.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
