Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Analyst to join our team at Techy Logs Software Inc. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills to assist users with their computing challenges.

Key Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months and less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a related field.
Main Duties:
  • Provide assistance to users encountering technical difficulties.
  • Investigate and implement solutions by consulting user manuals and technical documentation.
  • Offer guidance and training to users on troubleshooting methods.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for the benefit of fellow support analysts.
  • Engage in software redesign initiatives.
  • Support business systems, network connectivity, and Internet-related issues.
  • Install and set up equipment for staff members.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Efficiently manage incidents to ensure timely resolution.
