The Role
We are seeking an E-Commerce Shipping Associate to provide an extraordinary customer experience through accurate and prompt delivery of online purchases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring timely completion of customer orders.
- Communicating order status, inquiries, and issues via electronic messaging.
- Adjusting orders to meet customer needs.
- Investigating possible delays in shipments and following up with third-party logistics providers.
