Customer Experience Analyst Opportunity

Hydro One Networks Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding industry and customer trends to effectively leverage customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Develop customer journeys that outline customer interactions at various touchpoints
  • Support the development of customer blueprints that outline the coordination of cross-functional teams
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Computer Science, or Math
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience in the Electricity Industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with UI/UX skills and customer service skills
