About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the seamless delivery of our mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome and engage with clients, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate Client Orders: Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee the client order administration process.
  • Communicate Effectively: Handle communication between clients, therapists, and funders, ensuring accurate information is presented and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Update Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our Navision software.
  • Schedule and Coordinate Service Technicians: Utilize Jobber software to schedule and coordinate service technician work.
  • Follow-up and Confirm: Ensure all paperwork, including rental agreements, quotes, and client registration, is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate Equipment Delivery: Arrange for the pickup and delivery of rental or custom equipment for clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and timelines.
  • Empathy and Respect: A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Jobber and Navision software.
  • Clean Criminal Background Check: A clean criminal background check and the ability to obtain a bond.
