**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Make and receive telephone calls to promote products and services.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Meet and exceed established sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products and services.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to supervisors for program improvement.
  • Operate a computer system effectively and accurately input, retrieve, and access customer information.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed of program changes and updates.

**Requirements:**

  • Bilingual English/French language skills.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or call centre environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and adapt to job changes.
  • Works harmoniously and effectively with others.
  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and orderliness in performing work assignments.

**Education:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
