Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Accurately enter and verify customer orders using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring detailed order information and resolving any issues during the fulfillment process.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery, tracking shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules; manage order modifications, cancellations, and returns.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Support Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations with order-related queries and foster communication across departments.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze order-related data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining quality in all aspects of the order management process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
