We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our culinary standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure that our kitchen is always well-stocked.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Provide guidance and support to help team members overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Quality Control
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct regular taste tests to ensure that our dishes meet our quality standards.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the ingredients and supplies needed to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and minimize inventory costs.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that our customers have a positive dining experience.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role
- Skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to train and develop team members
