About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food service areas meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers
    • Source high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Kitchen Management
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
    • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Implement quality control measures to prevent foodborne illness
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
