About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Estevan Bowl Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to our kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role will be based in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
