Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Estevan Bowl Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to our kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role will be based in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Relocation Costs: We will cover relocation costs for the right candidate.

- Support for Indigenous People: We provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
