CoCalibrate Real Estate Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Real Estate Administrative Coordinator and Marketing Expert. Our team is recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation within the real estate sector.

In this position, you will oversee office operations, which include managing phone communications, organizing appointments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. You will provide essential administrative support to agents during client interactions, presentations, and various events. Accuracy in processing paperwork and maintaining organized files and databases is crucial, ensuring that all information is both precise and easily accessible.

Your role will also involve crafting engaging marketing materials that highlight properties and team accomplishments. You will curate content for various social media platforms, aimed at enhancing engagement and increasing brand visibility. Additionally, you will design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements, utilizing both brand resources and your own creative insights.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus a bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
  • Managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Overseeing the entire process of Sales and Purchases
  • Facilitating client communications
  • Following up on leads and showings
  • Organizing buyer tours

  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Handling occasional errands
