About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Korecki Real Estate Services. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, property listings, and sales data.
    • Ensure all records are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Office Management
    • Assist with office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including the filing system and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
