- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, property listings, and sales data.
- Ensure all records are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Communication

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Office Management
- Assist with office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including the filing system and other administrative tasks.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
