We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at YVR Real Estate Advisors. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our real estate professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues
    • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
    • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
    • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Office Management
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Ensure efficient use of office resources and supplies
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
    • Or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in a real estate or administrative role is an asset
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
