Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at YVR Real Estate Advisors. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our real estate professionals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic real estate company, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and team members.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Prepare and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
