Qualifications & Essential Skills:

  • Completion of High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in a healthcare or similar setting
  • Current enrollment or completion of a college diploma program in a relevant field is an asset
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and professional telephone communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in the Greek language is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Competent in computer skills, particularly in MS Office - Word & Excel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patients
  • Effectively manage customer and patient inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Oversee the reception area operations
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable records
  • Ensure accurate processing of incoming payments and monthly reconciliation
  • Guarantee timely and precise entry of all patient information in the Lifemark Patient System, including intake, assessment, and discharge data
  • Submit necessary forms to insurance providers and relevant stakeholders promptly
  • Handle expense and petty cash management
  • Encourage and manage GMB reviews while coaching staff on best practices
  • Implement accounting controls and reporting procedures
  • Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
  • Manage clinic office operations and administrative tasks
  • Adhere to all organizational protocols and guidelines
