Client Relations Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Client Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing customer orders within the region. This position collaborates closely with various team members, including the Inside Sales Director, Project Manager, and Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep clients updated on their order status based on supplier estimated arrival times;
- Engage with suppliers to confirm shipping timelines;
- Coordinate logistics for order pick-up and delivery to clients;
- Work alongside head office buyers to facilitate order execution;
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and seek support from team members to resolve escalations;
- Maintain internal tracking spreadsheets for orders and share status updates with clients;
- Conduct internal reporting and documentation;
- Collaborate with buyers, warehouse personnel, and suppliers to address issues related to damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) and Windows;
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and conflict resolution;
- Ability to work independently;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational abilities.
