About the Role:

The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in our client-facing operations, reporting directly to the Client Success Team Manager. This position entails the daily oversight of media coverage for prominent North American corporations and international clients, engaging with clients on a daily basis, preparing analytical reports, troubleshooting issues, and managing various ad hoc requests, including crisis monitoring and specialized analysis reports.

Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with and guide our overseas media monitoring team to ensure that client expectations are consistently met.

As a member of the Client Success Team, the Specialist will participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects. The ideal candidate will possess flexibility, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and train team members in monitoring diverse content sources (Web, Print, social media, etc.), assess content relevance, and compile daily media briefs within established deadlines.
  • Produce well-crafted and precise summaries or analytical reports tailored to client specifications and timelines, along with generating one-off reports and handling ad hoc tasks utilizing raw data.
