About the Role

The Elbow Site Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of designated facilities. This position serves as a liaison between various departments, offering insights to enhance efficiency, providing updates on developments, and monitoring overall performance. By fostering strong connections, the Site Lead will engage in interdepartmental collaboration, external communication, resource management, and practice transformation.

Work Arrangement

During the pre-deployment phase, this role allows for a flexible hybrid work model. Team members can primarily work remotely while occasionally traveling for essential activities. This setup ensures effective project execution while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on site performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures for operational readiness.
  • Act as the primary contact for downtime procedures at the designated site.

Qualifications

We invite candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Health Care Profession.
  • Relevant experience in local health systems, particularly in site selection.
  • Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • Project Management and change management certifications are considered assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Competencies in additional languages, particularly French, are a plus.
