Position Overview
The Elbow Site Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of designated healthcare facilities. This position serves as a vital link between various departments, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency. The Site Lead is responsible for providing guidance on optimizing processes, sharing updates on development, and monitoring overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and external communications.
- Manage resources effectively and support practice transformation initiatives.
- Engage in performance monitoring and feedback mechanisms.
- Serve as the primary contact for downtime procedures and assist in developing related processes.
Work Environment
This role operates under a flexible hybrid model, allowing team members to work primarily from home while occasionally traveling for essential activities. This arrangement promotes a healthy work-life balance while ensuring project readiness and deployment.
Qualifications
We invite applications from candidates who possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in a Health Care Profession.
- Relevant experience in local health services, particularly in site selection, with leadership experience preferred.
- Consideration for equivalent experience may be given.
- A Master's degree in a related field is an asset.
- Certification in Project Management or Change Management is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, with familiarity in hospital administrative functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in delegation, motivation, and oversight.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workflows efficiently.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Competencies in additional languages, particularly French, are considered an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this position is $50.19. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, along with a defined benefit pension plan.
