Position Overview

The Elbow Site Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of designated healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and external communications.
  • Manage resources effectively and support practice transformation initiatives.
  • Engage in performance monitoring and feedback mechanisms.
  • Serve as the primary contact for downtime procedures and assist in developing related processes.

Work Environment

This role operates under a flexible hybrid model, allowing team members to work primarily from home while occasionally traveling for essential activities. This arrangement promotes a healthy work-life balance while ensuring project readiness and deployment.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Health Care Profession.
  • Relevant experience in local health services, particularly in site selection, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Consideration for equivalent experience may be given.
  • A Master's degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Certification in Project Management or Change Management is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, with familiarity in hospital administrative functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated skills in delegation, motivation, and oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Competencies in additional languages, particularly French, are considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is $50.19. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, along with a defined benefit pension plan.
